How to change categories URL's upper case letters to lower case

Posted in wrong category, but it seems like I can't move it to the right category. I'll leave it here for moderator to delete and I'll post it again in the right category - Gossamer Links.

Is there a way to change categories URLs letters from uppercase to lowercase? Example www.example.com/pages/Business/Business_Services/ to www.example.com/pages/business/business_services/ Thanks.
