Are you sure it's in the detailed.html template?

This is the
templates/luna/local/detailed.html
file, correct?

Mine is actually listed with an asterics as "detailed.html*" - if that makes any difference. Anyway, I can't find it. I've pasted the entire file to a text editor and searched for <%URL%> and it doesn't appear.
