Anyone using MySQL 4.x yet?
I have a new server that I'm running mySQL4.1 on and have had some issues my mysqlman (That I've discussed in that forum). However since there has been a deafening silence about those issues I want to ask here how many of you are actually using mysql4 yet?

It is something you should be thinking about. See an article

to give you a quick leg up.

I use 4.1 at work for an intranet application that I am working on and one of my hosts has it running on one of their CPanel servers. I use phpMyAdmin for both and it seems to work very well for the most part. I haven't used MySQLMan on 4 yet though. I read a few posts where people were having problems with it so I avoided using it on :)

I wouldn't really classify the discussion as "deafening silent"...I, personally, replied to one of your threads and others replied to the other MySQL 4.0 threads you posted.

The fact may be that not many people have upgraded to MySQL 4.X versions.

Hi,

I'd highly recommend MySQL 4.0 and we use it on all our servers. I would not recommend MySQL 4.1 though for production use.

Cheers,

Alex
