I'm sorry for asking for help on two errors in two days. I'm getting the old "Error message:
Premature end of script headers: db.cgi"

Everything has been uploaded in ASCII and the path to perl is correct. I had the script running perfectly, and then all of a sudden when I tried to load the db.cgi file, it wouldn't load...it would just go into never never land (althoug access the dbman directory was possible..of course it would return a access denied error though).

So I deleted the db.cgi file and reuploaded it, and then BOOM...no worky.

I've uploaded txt versions of html.pl and default, i'm thinking maybe there's a syntax error somewhere possibly, and I'm just blind to it. If anyone could help me I would be very grateful.

Did you remember to set the permission on the file to 755 after you uploaded it again?

I would try deleting the file on the server again and uploading it .. sometimes that works. And be sure to set the permission on the file again.

I found out what the problem was.

The error was when I used the "|" character to separate a couple of links I was displaying on the top of pages...obviously this key is reserved for other operations and cant be used within html
