Does anybody know any forum support Apache server setup? Here's my problem:

I have some cgi program on Apache server, and whenever I run it on the web, I got this message:
"You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/search/search.cgi on this server."

Anybody has any idea? Thanks alot

BTW: How does this relate to installing DBMAN???
