HELP!!! I'm trying to install the demo but can't get it to work at all. I've tried everything I know how. I know that my path to perl is correct. I've used the same path on other programs and it is the one my ISP says is correct. I installed the files with WSFTP in ASCII mode. One odd thing I noticed when CHMODing the permissions, they KEEP CHANGING! I can set them according to what your documentation says, but they keep on changing.

Perhaps you should contact your host provider and ask them why you are unable to set the chmod on your files. This is necessary to get the script running.

Are you installing the script within your cgi-bin? Some host providers don't allow scripts to be run in other directories.
