If I autogenrate the forms, I find that once I add a listing, the database succesfully adds the information, but the information is placed in the the wrong fields on output ie the "ID" may have the date info and vise versa Any ideas Thanks

Check the syntax in your %db_def. If stuck, use the %db_def generator at:
gossamer-threads.com/scripts/dbman/build.cgi
