I am installing Wonderdesk HelpDesk and this is the error when I try to access wonderdesk.cgi. In a different directory, I can access controlpanel.cgi and it works with no errors. In the subdirectory with wonderdesk.cgi, there are two files. wonderdesk.cgi and index.html.

Any idea's

Turn on the debug mod, so that you will get more descriptive error messages.



in the default.cfg file.

Then post the exact error message you receive.

The debug mode won't give you any information if you're getting a 500 error.

My suggestion would be to contact the author of Wonderdesk. I know he based the script on DBMan, but he made a lot of changes that only those who have the script would know about.
