No message can be seen at "Record Added"
page after I entered data even if

I got an "Internal Server Error" when I went to the URL you posted. You might see if you can put your .cfg file and html.pl file into text format somewhere on your site where we could look at it.

I've seen problems like this before and they often are caused by mistakes in setting up the $db_key in the .cfg file.
