Does DBMan require Perl version 5.00503? I'm not able to run it on version 5.00404 (required lybrary not present)

DBMan requires Perl 5.003. If you are missing libraries, your server probably does not have a complete distribution of Perl. They can pick up the full distribution at http://www.activestate.com.
