I am getting that same old internal error that everyone seems to be getting. I have tried turning debugging both on and off. I have a feeling I must have made some serious error, so I will lit you look at the following files. BTW I am on UNIX...

You need to change this line in default.cfg:

$db_script_url = /home/httpd/html/bingomonthly.com/cgibin/dbman/default.db . "/db.cgi";

Back to this:
$db_script_url = $db_dir_url . "/db.cgi";
