Please help if you can,

I have read the thread on having an Email sent to me when a new user has created a new account.
How do I accomplish the same thing in an NT enviornment? (I have tried the update listed 10 or 20 threads bleow, but it does not seem to work)
I believe there is a problem with "sendmail" in the NT world if I'm not mistakin.

Step by step details would be appreciated if possible.
