for a very simple person.

how do i automatically start dbman in my index page. there must be an 'onload' function within html that allows this so that when someone enters my url they automatically get the logon screen.

i am sometimes really thick on little details like this.

Maybe with an SSI redirection(?). I probably shouldn't even answer this one, since I have no idea. But I didn't want you to think it was being ignored.

actually i found an even simpler way of doing it.

if you copy and paste the logon html from the html.pl file into your index page this works as a kick start to dbman.

if you enter crap information you get the 'you have made a boo-boo' message.

this is actually better because there is always other dynamic information that i want to put on the logon page at the same time.
