auth_cleanup error

auth_cleanup error
I reinstalled the database to see if it would correct the problems, and I am getting an error that says:

unable to open directory in auth_cleanup: ./cgi-bin. Reason: No such file or directory

Why?

Did you copy the auth directory to the same directory where db.cgi is?
