I have made very few changes to my db.cgi file. Actually, let me first check the database file itself. In the process of the construction of this system, I may have screwed up the ID listing -- which may be confusing the counter. Am still having a problem with DBman returning date information on a Windows NT server. If I change the 0 to 1 for "allow empty field," then the $get_date returns a blank field.

If there's a problem with the key field, you're going to have problems with deleting.

Regarding your date problem (I thought I'd put the two threads together), I notice that you mentioned $get_date. Was that a typo, or is that what you have in your .cfg file. It should be &get_date[/red].

Hi, yes. That was a typo. I am typing &get_date.

Try putting sub get_date back to what it was. See if that helps.
