It would be nice if the buttons were pressed looking when Bold, Italic, or Underline were still on.
Sucks, you can't undo (CTRL+Z does weird undoing!)
Default font is a little big.
With the font select dialog, after you press OK, it gives you an error/warning dialog saying B: false I: false U: undefined
After pressing okay with the font color dialog, it doesn't put focus back onto the text area.

Backspacing around those HR's can do bad things! And it just changed the text formatting by itself.

Inserting emoticons seems to insert at the beginning of the post at times.
Can't press too quickly either (That seems to be the reason it was inserting at the beginning of the post).
Tests done on IE6.0.
hmmm.. fonts look smaller in the preview than in the editor.
