adding personal ads and other resources to categories

adding personal ads and other resources to categories
Besides Links (alphabetically ordered) I would like Categories to also seperately list Personal Ads (chronologically ordered) and general Resources (alphabetically ordered) which contain internal links to uploaded documents if available/possible.

Can this be done? If so, I would greatly appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance, Diederick

Can you give an example on another site how this would look, or do you have a mock-up page on your site of how this would look?

I don't have an example but I will try to describe in more details.
I want to offer users thematical category pages that look like this for example:

===================================

CATAGORY: "HOUSING FOR RENT IN PARIS"

LINKS (to websites about renting in Paris - alphabetical listing):
- Link A + description
- Link B + description
- Link C + description

RESOURCES (alphabetical listing of permanent articles and uploaded documents):
- Ask the right questions (contributed text)
- Checklist document for evaluating apprtments when visiting them (description with link to Word.DOC)
- Square meter price calculator (description with link to Excel.xls)

PERSONAL ADS (chronological order, non-permanent):
- 9 juli 2003: "I'm looking for an appartment in 6th arrondissement....."
- 8 feb 2003: "Please contact me at telnr. 12345 if you would like to rent...."
- 2 dec 2002: "House for rent in central Paris,....."

====================================

Is it possible to create forms/templates for the users to fill in, according to information type (link/resouce/personal ad) they wish to submit, and to have these information types listed together on thematical category pages, alphabetically and chronologically ordered?
