I've been trying to install Links on my page, but I keep messing up the html on the site_html.pl script. Is there an easier way to edit it. Thank you

Without knowing how you are editing it now, it would be hard to say what would be easier.
I use HomeSite for all my editing. That includes html and perl scripts. Then I upload and test.
If you need a good and cheap editor, you might try the Perl Code Editor located at http://www.perlvision.com/pce/ . I don't know how good it is because I have never used it, but it does look interesting. Besides, it is FREE.
