I have looked into the code and I was wondering how to change tha look of Fileman like adding images and buttons to Links and bringing down the header . I have seen the templates but it's not clear from where to start. Any idea from you will be wormly welcomed.

Take a look at the javascript in home.html, main.html and fileman.js, it should be there.
