I downloaded Links2,which looks great by the way. All I get is all the files in one big zip.

No different directories,as listed in your
readme.txt. It says this!

"Unzip the distribution and you should see two directories cgi-bin and pages. "

There is no seperate directories, why not?

Am I downloading the wrong zip file?

Wrong forum, buddy.

Try downloading the .zip file again, and make sure the file is completed downloaded before de-compressing it via your UN-ZIP program.
