post installation error

Hi,
I've just installed fileman. When I tried to run fileman.cgi I got the following error:

"A fatal error has occured:
Invalid template 'login_form.html' requested (Invalid name) at private/lib/GT/FileMan.pm line 107.

Please enable debugging in setup for more details."

Does anyone know what could be wrong or how to enable the debugging feature (in which file)?
I didn't install fileman in the cgi-bin, could that be the mistake?

Anyway, I'm looking forward to your feedback. Appreciate it,

It sounds like the template_root is invalid which should be the path_to/private/templates folder. You will find template_root in ConfigData.pm.
