This is the error message that I am receiving when trying to run MySQLMan initially. ???

Paths (changed to protect the innocent) all seem to be correct. *.pm files were all uploaded in ASCII (rechecked).

Perl Version installed is 5.003. I see that parts of mysql.cgi require Perl 5.004 instead of 5.003. I guess this could be the problem ??

(Unfortunately) Our ISP (one of the BIG international kind) offers a lot of things as part of their "package" BUT.. most everything is out of date >:-( (including Perl). Any inquiries on updates get re-routed to the "black hole" division.....

Yes, unfortunately 5.004 or better is needed (this is at least three years old this version).
