I have had mysqlman running fine on RedHat 7.0 but after installing RedHat 7.1 i can get it working but it doesnt let me log into the databases, i keep getting a login failure. Please try another hostname/usrname/password error. I have set up apache and mysql in the same way and they are teh same versions i was running on RedHat 7.0. Im trying to get in using 'root' with a password of 'test' which works if i login from the console. Anyone got any ideas? this thing is driving me mad????

Did you assign a domain name for your MYSQL server??? If so, then you need to use that name rather than localhost.
