Tripod error...blah!
First, i must say that changing the file attributes was hopeless with tripod...so i decided to go on withought it...i got this error: Your script produced this error: Can't locate Time/Local.pm in @INC (@INC contains: .) at ./db.cgi line 1071. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./db.cgi line 1071 Blah! Does this have anything to do with attributes? If so..please please recommend a host (free...blah!). Thanks!

No...it has to do with your server (which, BTW, Tripod SUCKS for custom CGI scripts). The server does not have the current Perl package installed or they do not have Local.pm installed.
