The installation went fine. It created all the dir's fine. But this is what I get:

No upper and lower frames. No css - no images. I searched this forumn and read that the images folder has to be outside the cgi-bin, I tried that - nada.

Any suggestions? I have reinstalled it 3 times already.

The images folder must be moved out side cgi-bin and you need to change the images_url in ConfigData.pm afterward.
